Olivia Solis
“After earning my business degree, I came to East Clackamas County not knowing exactly what I wanted to do. Someone noticed how naturally I connected with youth and encouraged me to interview at AntFarm. I found my purpose in helping young people see their own potential and believe they matter.”
Olivia leads the Nuevo Futuro program and our YouthHub teams across AntFarm’s three sites. Her teams bring resources like food and education directly into the community and create safe spaces where youth can thrive. Before joining AntFarm in 2022, she spent more than a decade in customer service and retail while completing her degree.
Olivia is proud of leading three successful summer work programs and of the lasting connections she has made with youth. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, concerts, karaoke, and time with her dog Khaleesi, friends, and family.
“Be your authentic self and believe in you. Do not exhaust energy worrying about what others say or do. Be you, unapologetically.”
