The Café and Bakery provides interested youth with an extensive 8-week internship that gives youth the opportunity to experience working in a restaurant learning environment. This is a great fit for a youth who is gaining working experience and is interested in learning different facets of a Café and Bakery. From being taught craft espresso skills and customer service, to cash handling and kitchen prep skills. This is a great experience for a youth new to the workforce to learn, ask questions, and be incorporated into a working Café staff to see the day to day.
