Henry Condron
“I moved to Estacada about six years ago for its rivers, forests, mountains and strong art community. I joined AntFarm when we acquired the Harmony Cafe and Bakery, because I wanted to support youth and families and mentor young people in the culinary arts.”
Henry manages Ant Farm’s Café and Bakery, leading a team that creates scratch-made meals and a welcoming community space. He has a background in environmental studies, sales in natural foods, and culinary arts, which led him from fine dining to Harmony and now AntFarm.
He is excited about expanding grab-and-go options that offer quick, nourishing food and showcasing the cafe team’s talents. Outside of work, Henry tends to plants, keeps bees, and enjoys rockhounding, camping, and hiking. His beekeeping has earned first-place honors at the Oregon State Fair.
