Denise Roshto

Workforce Development Manager

“I have lived in Clackamas County for more than 20 years. I was drawn to AntFarm because of its ethical work-life balance and the culture of trust, dedication, and teamwork. It is inspiring to work alongside people who care so deeply for youth, their families, and the community.”

Denise leads our Workforce Development efforts, helping youth transition from high school to adult life through career education and job placement. Her professional background includes anthropology, teaching, veterinary care, home health, hospice, and transcription, all of which helps her connect with people from many walks of life.

She is proud of her team’s well-rounded program that meets youth where they are and prepares them for success. Outside of work, Denise enjoys fishing and training her dog in French Ring sport.

“The best thing for being sad is to learn something. That is the only thing that never fails.” – T. H. White
