Cameron Seipp-Vercnocke

Cafe & Bakery Assistant Manager

Cameron recently relocated to Sandy after spending about fifteen years living and working in the Portland metro area. For him, the move was about more than convenience; it was an intentional choice to slow down, plant roots, and genuinely connect with the East Clackamas County community.

Cameron joined AntFarm after hearing about the organization through Kim and feeling an immediate alignment with its mission. He has always had a heart for working with youth and supporting communities in hands-on, meaningful ways. When the opportunity opened at AntFarm Café and Bakery, it felt like the right place to apply both his values and his skill set in service of something real.

As Assistant Manager at AntFarm Café and Bakery, Cameron supports the baristas, cooks, and bakers so they can do their best work. His approach is people-first and steady: removing barriers, coaching when needed, and keeping operations moving smoothly behind the scenes. Before joining AntFarm, Cameron built a diverse background in high-end sales and hospitality with brands like Tesla and Apple, along with nearly a decade of experience in cafés ranging from small local shops to high-volume corporate settings. Those experiences shaped his focus on consistency, communication, and caring for both people and process.

Outside of work, Cameron is passionate about personal development and transformational growth, and he is currently pursuing advanced training in NLP and life coaching. He enjoys spending time in nature, often on his sailboat with his cat Milo, plus camping, music festivals, movies, and time with friends.

“Strong communities are built when people feel seen, supported, and trusted.”
