Anne Stevens

Director of Human Resources & Operations

“I joined AntFarm in 2021 and through this work, I have become part of the Clackamas County community in a way I never expected. I actually know Sandy and Estacada better than my own town of Gresham now. I love nonprofit work because it has purpose. It makes life better for people and animals. AntFarm’s culture and people are the heart of our work, and even on the hardest days, the passion and support we share keep me motivated.”

Anne helps guide HR, day-to-day work, facilities, property support, risk support, technology, communications, and behind-the-scenes support. She also directs the Mount Hood Farmers Market. With a BA in Management focused on Human Resources, she has supported organizations since 2002 in administrative and leadership roles.

Her career spans paid and volunteer service. She led and trained volunteers with La Leche League of Oregon for more than a decade and has volunteered with Sound Equine Options, a local equine rescue, since 2016. At AntFarm, she quickly grew from administrative support into a place on the Directors team. Anne is especially proud of the strong administrative team she has helped build. Outside of work, she spends time with her two children and spouse, and trains and rides rescue horses.

“The sun is always shining, even when you cannot see it.”
