John Hardesty
John Hardesty is the President of The D31 Foundation, where he leads efforts to empower youth and build stronger communities through service, mentorship, and personal growth. He serves as a team lead on the Grace Community Church worship team and plays an active role in the Field Process Management Team and Mentorship Program at Walsh Construction, where he also works as a superintendent.
With a heart for investing in the next generation, John brings a unique blend of leadership, construction expertise, and faith-based service to every role he takes on. He has been married to his wife for over 20 years and is the proud father of three. John is honored to support Ant Farm’s mission and looks forward to helping young people thrive through connection, purpose, and opportunity.
