Amy Hardesty

Amy Hatley-Hardesty is the owner of MAECO of Oregon, a family-run company that provides global manufacturing solutions for industrial and agricultural components, and the Executive Director of The D31 Foundation. A proud Sandy native and 2000 graduate of Sandy High School, she brings a deep love for her community along with a wealth of experience in business, nonprofit leadership, and community development.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce and Frontier Charter Academy, and is part of the leadership team for the People for Sandy PAC. Her work is rooted in a passion for service, youth empowerment, and building strong, resilient communities.

Inspired by her late father’s legacy and driven by her role as a wife and mother of three, she is committed to creating opportunities for growth and positive change. She is honored to support Ant Farm’s mission to empower young people through creativity, service, and meaningful connection.
