Direct Cash Transfers Case Manager & Housing Navigator

The Direct Cash Transfers (DCT) Case Manager & Housing Navigator will provide comprehensive case management, youth-driven mentoring and coaching, and housing navigation services to young adults participating in the Oregon DCT+ Pilot. This role is crucial in supporting young people experiencing homelessness or housing instability to achieve housing stability, human capital development, and overall well-being. The incumbent will work collaboratively with research partners, youth consultants, and other internal and external departments to ensure seamless service delivery and data integrity.

Essential Functions:

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Experience working with youth or vulnerable populations.
  • Familiarity with housing programs, benefits systems, and community resources.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Understanding of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and adolescent development
  • Strong communication, crisis intervention, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships with youth, landlords, and service partners

Technical & Organizational:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management tools
  • Strong time management and documentation skills

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
  • Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends as needed)

Reports to: Housing Services Supervisor
Classification: Non-exempt
Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Friday with occasional need for evenings and weekend work.
Pay: $20-24/hour depending on experience
Location: Sandy, may require travel to other sites.
