Café and Bakery Assistant Manager

The Café & Bakery Assistant Manager supports the day-to-day operations of AntFarm Café and Bakery by providing hands-on leadership and direct service in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments. This role collaborates closely with the Café & Bakery Manager, café staff, and organizational teams to ensure high-quality food and drink service, safe food handling, consistent preparation standards, and a welcoming, supportive community space. The Assistant Manager plays a critical role in training, youth internship mentorship, resource navigation, inventory, event coordination, and team development.
