Outdoor Assistant Lead

The Outdoor Assistant Lead supports the Outdoor Lead in carrying out outdoor service projects within AntFarm’s YouthCore and CommunityConnect programs. This position helps prepare for and complete community jobs such as landscaping, trail clearing, tree and shrub trimming, spreading gravel or mulch, window cleaning, and wood splitting. The Assistant Lead helps load and unload tools and materials, supports youth team members on job sites, promotes safety and positive teamwork, and ensures quality work is completed efficiently. This position also supports AntFarm’s Planet365 recycling donation program, collecting and sorting cans and bottles, and Woodlot program, preparing and delivering firewood.
